Businiess name:  Brugge Brasserie

Review content:
The best thing Brugge has going is the beer. If you are familiar with Belgian style beers, they simply don't get better than this. They are brewed on the premises and depending on which variety you choose, they have very complex flavors such as vanilla, citrus, plums, and raisins among others. The food is very complimentary, as it is something that one would find in Belgium and consists of generous helpings of hand cut pommes frites, more commonly known here as french fries, served in a paper cone, which is placed in holes in some tables put there for exactly that purpose along with dipping sauces from homemade ketchup and fresh mayonnaise, to such concoctions as poplar syrup with dijon mustard. If you order the Moules Frites, you receive 2lbs of steamed mussels which come in several varieties of broths that go from the Belgian Classic consisting of dry riesling, stock, and herbs to esoteric mixtures such as the Red Curry consisting of red curry, coconut milk, and Thai basil. They also have a wide selection of crepes, filled with delicacies such as duck and caviar, soups and stews, salads, and sandwiches on french bread. Prices are reasonable and the place has become quite popular, so call ahead to make sure there is room. Pros: Ambience, Beer, Food Cons: Not too many tables. Slow service
