Victory Cleaners in San Marcos ruined my toddler silk dupioni dress from Strasburg. The owner must know nothing about fabrics b/c she kept saying the dress was fine, which it obviously was not. The nubby, crisp texture was completely gone, as was the sheen. Instead I was left with an almost sheer, limp, dull, cotton like fabric with dimples all over in a herring bone pattern! How is this even possible? And how can she stand there and claim there is nothing wrong with the dress? Very unprofessional and irresponsible. And it’s clear she has done this many times before. She got very defensive and rude very quickly and had a long list of irrelevant arguments. She just didn’t care that she had ruined the dress, and never once apologized. \r

Also, like mentioned in the previous review, they quoted me one price and charged me another. \r

Save your clothes and go somewhere else. \r
