Before we started going to Advent Auto Repair, I'd been going to a couple of other shops around the area and had never been entirely happy. Once I started going there, it was honestly like a dream! It's the shop you're always hoping to find. It's like in life, you're always searching for the perfect dentist, doctor and auto mechanic, well I found the mechanic in Joe!
As far as the experience, once you go inside the door, Mike, behind the front desk, immediately greets you. He's nice and intelligent and will chat with you while you wait. Then Joe, the owner, is usually there too, which you don't see too often with the owners being at their place of business all the time, so it's refreshing. Then there are the guys that do the hands on work, they are all pleasant and always get it right. They're all excellent. Once you meet Joe and the guys, you know you can trust them. I finally landed on a shop that I have complete faith in. Whatever they charge, I know it's a fair price and whatever they say needs fixing, needs fixing. We've been customers for about six years now, and couldn't be happier!
