Incompetent! I used Ideal Tax and Joe Zuniga twice and everything got screwed up twice. I know, shame on me. I have since looked around the net and wish I would have from the beginning. I have seen nothing but bad experiences with Ideal Tax, all of them worse than my experience. The gist of Joe's sales pitch is that he has some ""special"", ""proprietary knowledge"" about taxes that no on else has - Right. The truth is that Joe is an uneducated, unlicensed and uncertified con man (check with the State of Kansas) who leads you into believing him and then charges 3 times or more the going rate. No matter what he promises, his methods are not legal, he will not back it up or guarantee his service if something is wrong. Stay away from this guy and his company.
