Businiess name:  Robert's Jewelry

Review content:
Robert's Jewelry gave me the worst jewelry store experience I have ever had. Expect the same for yourself. This store provides horrible jewelry service and even worse customer service. They are late, discourteous, and insulting. Most of all, they ruined my items. Robert's Jewelry's engraver botched simple and clear engraving on an $800 wedding band (just weeks before the wedding) and on an antique sterling silver tray (also intended as a wedding gift). Adding insult to injury (and the fact that the items were ready over a week late with no phone call letting me know and the weak explanation of an intervening holiday), the employee who handled the engraving tried to blame me despite his failure to follow the clear instructions that HE made for HIMSELF. When I sought a refund for the botched engraving I was told callously ""take us to court."" I must now either repair or replace both items and try engraving elsewhere. Buyer beware!
