Businiess name:  Misti's Kitchen

Review content:
This is my favorite place to eat. I drop by at least twice a week and I don't even drink. I'd eat there more often if I lived closer. I've pretty much tried everything on the menu, but my faves are the salads. They're huge, handmade and taste like no other salads on the planet. I'll say it again, yum. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. And, it helps to see the same smiling face thru that little window. Does Misti ever leave the Backstage? She's obviously devoted to her kitchen and she's the only un-famous chef that I know of that has a loyal following. Whenever I eat at the Backstage, I usually sit at the bar and conversation with my bar mates always turns to Misti and the food. I've even swapped tastes with strangers! Now I have to say something nice about the Backstage. It's cozy, friendly, homey and fun. I don't know where they find the people that work there, but they are just unnaturally friendly (at least for L.A.). I felt like family the first time I went there. They keep trying to get me to return at night and, even though I don't drink, I might just do it. (Ok, Jane?) I've made more friends and had better food at the Backstage than anywhere else in L.A. (and I've been here 8 years now from the midwest). Viva Misti! Viva Backstage! Don't ever go away or I'll leave LA! Pros: Best Food On Earth, Friendly, Fun Cons: None!
