I've been training at ATF Black Belt Academy for coming up on 1 year now, and I would have to say that I have been challenged at every step, supported through those challenges by the staff and other students, and rewarded for my hard work with improved confidence, physical conditioning and skill! I had done other types of martial arts when I was younger but this one has it all, and not just martial arts. \r

Come here to learn everything from ancient Taekwondo techniques to ways to clear your mind to how to improve your awareness of life and your surroundings. \r

I wouldn't trade my experience with the instructors at ATF Black Belt Academy for any gym or sport- it has changed my life!
Pros: Great training at all times!
