Review content:
We went to the Cheesecake Factory in Chandler and were disappointed. We went on a thursday night and were told it would be a 30 minute wait. We waited by the desk and were not seated until over a hour later. The waiter was kind, but made it sound like it was our fault for not knowing how long the wait would be. The food portions were huge, and I have never seen a menu so large before in my life. I also thought that $6.50 for a slice of cheescake was far too much, and it was served warm. The management was nice enough to pick up the tab on dessert, but we won't go back again.
Pros: large menu, good for crowds
Cons: crowded, front end service, expensive
