Review content:
The restaurant is lovely. I've been there several times and the food ranges from average to good. The service is always lacking however ranging from the clueless hostess, to the busboys and wait staff reaching across you to fill water glasses and serve bread. Today my meat was not cooked as ordered. I pushed it aside and ate the rest of the food on my plate and had no opportunity to complain to the waiter because he never checked up after the food was served. Not until he was clearing the plate did I have a chance to express my food complaint and he offered to have the food cooked more- a useless offer since everyone at that point was finished with their meals. I was hoping for a free dessert or a discount on my meal. No such luck, not even an apology.
