My family found Honest Engine by accident when one of our daughters broke down we first moved to the area. The tow truck company suggested Honest Engine so that is where we went. It turned out that all she needed was a new battery, and we were so impressed with them that we have gone there ever since.
When our car has a minor problem, they only fix the minor problem; they are not interested in taking advantage of customers. They tell customers honestly what they believe the problem to be and give the best service available.
All Honest Engine's work has lasted as well. The only time there was a problem, it was a faulty seal not their actual work, and they redid the entire thing free of charge. They even had to drop the transmission which is a lot of work, but they did it all with great customer service.
Honest Engine takes care of their customers and goes above and beyond with any repair. I am really happy with their service.
