Review content:
I stayed at this Radisson based on recommendation from coworker, due to proximity to morning meeting. I arrived and enjoyed a fine meal at the famous Vince Lombardi's steakhouse which had great service and delicious food. Room pales in comparison... Room featured bloodstained pillow, cigarette burned furniture, several patched holes in the dingy dated carpet, broken hot spiking shower valve, dried biological waste covering television, marks all over walls and tables. This seemed right out of some CSI episode or some type of funky cleaning commercial. Bringing my concerns quietly to a manager, so I could give them a tour of the filth after breakfast resulted in them violating my DND (do not disturb) display and instead attempting to cover up as much filth as they could before we got to the room. Unbelievable! Fortunately for reality documentation, I'd taken camera phone photos and there wasn't enough time for the cleaners to do much more than the dresser tops and TV. The bloodstained pillows, burns, marks and dirty areas everywhere were clearly visible. Manager apologized and offered a free night's stay, something I'd turned down as it was at this hotel and secondly as it didn't reverse what happened. This place was filthy and dangerous. Violating the DND added insult to already injurious stay. Considering the friendly service, I'm shocked they've put no effort into cleanliness. Some basic dedicated maid service with some antibiotic cleaning solution and wood oil could do a world of good here! Great restaurant, great location, super friendly staff, and the most horrendous dirty rooms. Bizarre...
