Review content:
I don't know what planet other reviewers on this page are from, but it must be where inhabitants have no taste buds. I have eaten all over North America, and the Belvedere is by far the best hotel restaurant around (in the best hotel around, to boot). The food is superb and creative, the atmosphere elegant, and the service inpeccable (NOT snooty like stated on this page--apparently, some have trouble distinguishing 'reserved and dignified' with 'snooty').
This restaurant is the ONLY hotel restaurant in North America with a AAA Five Diamond award, and also rated the best hotel restaurant in Southern California by the Zagat survey. That should hold far more weight to readers than amateur ratings posted here.
Pros: Great food, Top notch service
Cons: Expensive
