Buyers beware the staff of Zaran and Sayre are not professional! Zaran himself would not even meet me in person to address the disrespectful attitude, service and verbal abuse I experienced with one of his property managers on several occasions. Then his secretary felt is was ok and her place to give her opinion on the matter. They use to be great but things have changed after renting from them for (3 properties in) 12 years I cannot wait for my lease to be over so I do not have to deal with horrible customer service, lack of work ethic and verbal abuse that I have now experienced from 3 staff members and the owner.
