Review content:
they deliberately ignored me just because of the place i work (usually some of my fellow employees don't tip for their to-go orders at Olita's). It wasn't fair that they judged me because of where i work and especially when they didn't know I was going to tip my waitress. All I wanted was an enchilada, which, when I had called ahead of time, they told me it would have taken 5 min to make. When I called again to place the order, they put me on hold for 4 minutes, so I went to Olita's to place my order there, but after the hostess told the waitress I needed to make an order, the waitress would not take my order, even though we had made eye contact and I had smiled. Then after waiting 10 minutes and witnessing the waitress conversing with the bar tender and routinely checking up on other customers, I left. If somebody needs to make a to-go order, it usually means that they don't have 10 minutes to wait to make an order plus the time their order is being prepared. I know they have delicious chips and salsa, and just about went to chip heaven when I tried them weeks before this event, but I don't think I'll risk their ""service"" again.
Pros: Chips and Salsa
Cons: The Staff/service
