Review content:
The owner (who also manages the store) is a hateful, unhappy man. He is EXTREMELY rude. He refused to take back defective merchandise when we tried to return it only 4 days after purchase. When I called him asking him if he would accept the return, he told me that if I called him back, he would call the law and press harassment charges against me. He told me that if I came to his property to return the FAULTY merchandise we unknowingly purchased from him, he told me he would call the law and report me for trespassing! I'm sorry, but if my husband and I purchased something from you, shouldn't we be ALLOWED to return it if there is so clearly something wrong with it?! If you're looking for a place with a ""southern hospitality"" atmosphere, and remarkable customer service (heck, even DECENT customer service), run as far away as you can from this place. It's not worth the money, time, or hassle!! You can buy better equipment/materials online; and for a MUCH cheaper price....not the expensive CHEAP QUALITY this business sells. To add to that......my husband is currently serving in Afghanistan and purchased a bag for him to take on the plane and use on missions while defending his country; the zippers (yes plural, not just 1 zipper; but 2) broke while he was packing his pack (on the morning he was departing, might I add). The man refused to take the tactical bag back. This guy does NOT support soldiers, nor their families. Do yourself a favor and just walk the other way when you even THINK about shopping here! Luckily, my husband's coming back here to work for that law enforcement agency the owner would have called (his previous employer before deciding to serve his country)....so we will do everything in our power to make that law enforcement agency WELL aware of the situation that happened; and advise them NOT to shop there either.
