Review content:
I've never had to leave a restaurant because they were so rude I wanted to cry.\r
My husband and I wanted to go out on a Sunday night. He called the place and made reservations for 8pm. Some places close early on Sundays, so we wanted to make sure it would be okay coming in that late. Le Bistro got great reviews on this site so, we thought it would be a nice experience. \r
\r
We were so wrong. In all of the years I've been dining out , I have never been treated so poorly. \r
\r
When we got there at 8:01 the Chef was just shaking his head.\r
""It's been a slow night."" The waitress said. \r
The Chef was giving us dirty looks because he wanted to go home.\r
Why give us reservations for 8pm then?? They could have asked us to come a little earlier. \r
We also called ahead an hour to let them know we were adding two more people, who came a few minutes after us.\r
\r
She sat us down and after a couple of minutes we ordered a bottle of wine. The waitress didn't come back for twenty minutes, so we figured that was a hint for us to leave. Meanwhile getting dirty glances from the Chef the whole time. We've never felt so unwelcome. This place gets no stars!!!! If the owner was there that night on Dec 16th, then I hope the place closes down. What awful, rude treatment. They lost a couple hundred dollars that night and we are telling all of our friends and family to never patronize that establishment.
Cons: Do not go there if you want to be treated well
