the flippers in clermont has been open for a little over a year and we finally decieded to check it out on a Sat. for lunchWhen we got there it wasnt busy the server Sam took our drink order and then brought our drinks and took the rest of the order right away! we sat for over 20 minutes and she didnt once sytop to see if we needed anything drink refills ect.. we started to wonder why a cold sub and a mini pizza was taken so long, I have been in the service industry and know trhat problems occur forget to put order in ect.. but i never would allow the guests to wonder why the food waas takien so long after we waited a total of 40 minutes with nothing but 2 sodas in front of us and never a explanation of where our food was my fiancee went to the counter to pay for the drinks so we could leave and the server Sam told the manager and he said ""the drinks are on us""! He never came to see why we were leaving or to try to explain what had happened! I never complain because I know situations occur but to wait for a pizza and cold sub fdor 45 minutes and a server that avioded us the whole time was just uncalled for!!That is why I am writing this review and will continue to let everyone know what a bad experience we had!!
