Review content:
I went to my first session last week and the instructor was very specific of how to do one of the poses. The next day I had a different instructor who pointed me out to the class for doing it wrong (the way that the first instructor told me to do it) and said to do it her way. When I attended the first instructor's class again, it was the same thing, if I did it the other way, he would have me do it his way. Very confusing.
It feels like they have their own interpretations of how to do things instead of following correct form.
