My fiance took her car in for new breaks and after not being happy with the work took it back. The employee argued with her and said that she knows nothing about cars and said would you believe me if i said your son is really a girl, trying to make a comparison of her knowledge of cars to his knowledge of children i guess. After he test drove it he admitted that he was not 100% sure that they were the correct brakes to begin with but he was 95% sure that they might work. He agreed to change the pads later that week, but having another pro take off the brakes we realized he but on rotors that were too small. I tried to call him afterwords for 2 days they will not answer my call, maybe i should use another phone. All I would like is to return the pads and rotors for a refund. Not sure were he gets his parts, what I got the next day was half of what he charges for parts. Think twice before going here, I doubt I will see a refund! I finally got a hold of him and he knew he put on smaller rotors and says there is nothing i can do. My fiance and kids could have been in an wreck if thiose breaks failed. He knowingly put on the wrong parts!! Do not use these people
