Dr. Sutherland came into the examining room and got down on the floor to greet and hug my dog. My dog is terribly nervous and this was a wonderful gesture. She treated my dog twice that day, to make sure everything was all right. She even requested that I call her on Wednesday to give her an update on my dog's progress. I have never had that happen before. Thanks so much for being such a kind, caring and gentle doctor.
