I had this company clean my tile and grout and in the process they ruined my baseboards-they are warped and have to be replaced. They are also higher priced than most other companies that do this same work.\r

I have resolved my dispute regarding the baseboards with Dry Process of Las Vegas and am happy with the outcome.
Pros: they were on time
Cons: did not cover baseboards. ***problem has now been resolved 07/25/07
