I have been going to swampys for years now and it has been great ... up until recently... the last two times I have visited it has been AWFUL... The Service use to be great and now it feels like they do not give two craps if you come in and eat at their restuarant.. The food has been cold and portions have been downsized. The last time i went i ordered to go because we live close by and when i got home they forgot to give me half of my order and the other half was freezing cold. When i called to see what was going on they were extreamly rude and told me I was wrong and they double checked the bag... I assured them i was not wrong but they did not believe me and told me they would not replace my order... i wasnt asking for my money back i just wanted my food... The lady was extreamly rude and told me to quit asking for free food... Swampys you have lost a customer for life... its a shame because you use to be one of our families favorite restaurants.
