I joined the gym and enrolled for a personal trainer. I did read the reviews prior. Some negative comments were made about the owner being quick to take your money and sign you up. I figured I was smarter than some and went with it anyway. My personal trainer, James, was awesome. He was always on time (I needed an early morning timeslot) and very pleasant. Unfortunately things went downhilll after he left. No one was available to train at the early morning hours and after a few promised calls from Rachel were never made, I assumed that the personal trainer service of this facility was nonexistent at this location. Imagine my surprise when they still continued to charge my credit card for training that was not available to me. First, I called the gym and was told that they will not be able to reverse my charges and that ""eventually"" they would find someone. I was not happy with their nonchalant attitude over my money. After that, I chose to cancel my membership. They owner, Andy, had me on the phone for almost 45 minutes trying to talk me out of cancelling. He said he had no idea that no one was available to train me. If you own the place, you would think you would have a handle on what is going on in your own establishment. Also, I was accused of being verbally abusive when I came in with my cancellation, so don't trust old, fat Andy at the front desk early in the morning. He lies. To wrap it up in a nutshell, I would'n't send my worst enermy to this place. Nothing but a dumb slick jock that runs it.
