I've been going to dunkin donuts for my morning food and coffee for over 5 years. These past 2 years I've gone to the this store in Abington, PA where sadly I feel as if management really does not care about customers. I stand there daily for several minutes at a time unattended while the employees speak to each other and laugh in another language. Where clearly not working or attending the line of 4-5 waiting customers. When asking them for assistance in placing my order, they get impatient and make rude gestures and remark. I am in no way implying that they should not have laughs and a good time at work, it actually makes for a better environment. But this is becoming a daily routine of being ignored, while my mornings are very busy. I've tried going to other locations and have NEVER had this issue. It seems as if the store employees simply do not care about their customers and the service they provide. I will never again buy from this store.
