Several reasons I would NOT recommend this place:
I brought my truck in to repair a leak and to install a Turbo Cooldown Timer. I left it with them for over three weeks because I had to go out of town. When I returned home, I arranged to pick up my truck (actually speaking to an employee on the phone) and when I arrived at the shop, the gate was closed and a note was posted saying they would be gone for the weekend. I received no communication at all about this and could not get a hold of anyone until Monday and, obviously, was unable to get my truck back. What I find most criminal is that they had already charged my credit card for the work done even though they still had my truck and I was unable to pick it up due to their lack of communication and professionalism.
When I finally got my truck back, the installation they did was not working. I made an appointment to drop off my truck and wait there while they fixed it. They kept me waiting there for TWO HOURS only to tell me that the part they needed was not at the shop. I had to leave work to wait which I am less than happy about. When leaving, they assured me I would receive a call when the part came in. One week later, still no word. Throughout this entire process I had to call and see what was happening. Finally I get someone on the phone only for them to tell me that the part was not in yet but ""it should be in that day."" Yeah...okay.
To this day, NOTHING has been repaired on my truck and I paid hundreds of dollars for work that isn't even done yet. Communication among everyone there is unprofessional and inconsiderate. No compensation was EVER offered to me for this awful series of events.
I DO NOT recommend this business to anyone unless you enjoy paying tons of money for lousy service.
