I am a phobic patient, and have hear all about these dental spas and things and didn't really buy in to the fact that their could be a place where I would get the best dental care (that I knew I was in need of) and it be a comfortable experience for me. I was invited in and was given a cup of coffee to sip on while I was finishing my paperwork. I was relieved to see that this was a more home like setting, not at all like a ""normal"" dental office. Once to my cleaning Gigi was wonderful in helping to educate me to my dental needs and how I can do better. After that, the Kaitlin walked me through what I should expect for my insurance to help with so that I what know in advance, and helped me to get scheduled around my crazy life. \r At my next appointment, I had to have a Root Canal. I was scared because I knew all the horrible stories that other people had told me. They got me back, gave me a blanket and some head phones and I was able to just zone out and relax. It was wonderful!! And I never thought I would be able to say that about a dental office. I wish that everyone could have the care that I was provided by Dr. Melissa Taylor and her staff. \r Pros: Dental Knowledge, Personal Staff, and Beautiful Office Cons: Franklin Traffic
