Review content:
The owner of this company, Pat, is cleverly deceptive. After destroying three pairs of my husbands slacks, she told me to fill out an insurance claim form, which I did ten months ago! After numerous calls to her, and I'm lucky if I can actually reach her because she never returns my calls, I still have no resolution. She continues to point fingers and blame other people for the problem instead of stepping up and taking care of a customer who was wronged. All we want is to be reimbursed for the slacks. We even bought replacement slacks and gave her the receipt and she kept the old slacks. We have nothing and get nowhere. The last time I was in there to discuss this problem someone had been given the wrong shirt. Beware and stay away from this unethical and shoddily run business.
