I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. On our first trip to this dealership, the sales associates (Joe) continued to use the phrase ""pull the trigger"", my boyfriend and I clearly stated to them that we were in our research phase and hope to purchase a car within the next couple of weeks. On our second visit, we made an appointment to test drive a vehicle we were interested in, however the key to the vehicle was no where to be found. On hour third visit, we were inquired about the finals numbers with the sales rep (Steven) that we were dealing with and he brought in a manager (Rob) into the room who silently scribble numbers to himself on a pad and told us that we will have to increase our budget if we want to purchase the car. At no point did explain what any of the numbers meant or how they adding up. All he said was ""ARE YOU READY TO PULL THE TRIGGER."" I didn't know what the purpose of introducing us to Rob served. The fourth time we went to the dealership we put money down on a car we loved and planned on purchasing it the following week. We were told that if someone else was interested in the car, we would be contacted immediately. HOWEVER, I notice that my car was no longer listed online and was sold over the weekend. No one ever contacted us to communicate that some one else was interested in it as they said they would. The sale rep and manager just said sorry, it happens some times. They didn't offer any special services as a courtesy for their extremely poor customer service. Thus dealership is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Btw, when you submit and review, you get a generic email from the manager saying to contact him and when I tried contacting him, I received several different stories that he stepped away or he won't be in until next week.
