Let me say that I try to avoid car shops at all costs. Im a tree shade mechanic that likes to save an extra buck and have the pleasure working on my own car. They only time my ever visits a shop is because I dont have the proper tools. For instance, this time around i didnt have the proper machinery to mount a tire.\r \r I had purchased a set of tires of tirerack(dot)com and brought them to tony to have them mounted. First time i was there, one of the techs managed to strip one of the wheel studs, but i didnt consider it a big deal. about a week later my driver side rear tires started loosing 5 lbs of pressure a day. So i brought it back to tires by tony and they confirmed it as an bad seal between the tire and wheel. ok, but then i got charged $10. Even knowing i was there the week before, I still got charged because one of their techs messed up while applying the sealant. \r \r Now a month later, one of my other tires started loosing pressure. I got the problem fixed, but Tires By Tony didnt get my business this time. If a company wants a long lasting relationship, how come you cant do the job right the first time? even beyond that, if you mess up, don't charge the customer when he comes back. I never once acted rude or inappropriate to him. I hope hes happy reading this review and will change his policies the next time around.
