Review content:
The manager ALEX ABARKA - was not very helpful. He didn't seem to care about his job and about serving customers.
I lost 2 packages worth $200 and called the office to complain about our mailing situation. He told me that they have a new system. Large packages are to be left on the floor next to our mailbox. Naturally, a lot of our packages are stolen and lost because our building has a lot of renters. We don't have even any evidence that our package was really delivered.
I complained about this problem, but he basically told me that there's nothing he can do about it. Naturally after 2 weeks, people started complaining more and more about their lost packages. Right now, I've lost a total of 4 packages in the span of 20 days.
I am disgusted with USPS and the lack of service. He basically told me that I was not his customer and his customer is the person who sent me the package. I complained many times to the USPS consumer affairs, but they haven't done anything at all. No refunds, nor any fix to our problem.
I vowed from now on never to use them.
