I have been banking with this joke for a while now, with their rude little girls working in the lobby and drive tthru etc. the other day I was in the commercial drive thru line and the woman before me did not have a deposit slip, then she needed a pen, then she needed a calculator and finally 25 minutes later she was rolling pennies!!!!! I was blocked in and had to wait until all the people behind me left! they never once told her to go in the lobby. I have waited in the drive thru for up to 30 minutes on many occasions. Their turnover is daily so your always talking with a trainee. I would never recommend this bank and if you have a problem the management is more rude than the trainee! stay away from them, the free checking is not worth it!
Cons: every nightmare you can think of, they will do it to you
