Review content:
My father was just recently moved to this facility from Alvarado Hospital. The facility indeed looks very nice from outside but the care has been horrible. My family and I have been with him pretty much all day and are noticing that it takes more than 30 to 40 minutes to get a response when needing assistance. During the day my father seems to be okay however at nights when we are not ther I have no idea wha happens but early in the morning he seems to be completely out of it. Very few of the staff members are helpful or friendly. Overall care is not good. they do not seem to care too much about the patients. We will definitely pull him within the next day or so.
