Review content:
I am a woman. I go into the store to get my laptop fixed. They charge me $201. 2 weeks later, it broke again for the same thing. I brought it in. They said now it's the motherboard. I asked about my $200. They said they fixed the original issue. I have 3 children & my husband has been out of work for nearly a year. We rely on our computer for job searching & school work. That $200 was basically thrown in the trash. I am upset with the owner (Joe) because he was not helpful at all. He didn't even attempt to pretend to be concerned or helpful. Instead I was told ""Sorry. Nothing we can do."" After a friend looked at it, it does appear that the motherboard has been fried by not being grounded properly. Something that Elite Computers won't admit too. No sense in me stressing anymore. Life is too precious. Anyway, what goes around does come around, for EVERYONE! I just hope that my story helps someone else from throwing their hard earned $ away by doing business with ELITE COMPUTERS in Eastlake Chula Vista. Joe, please be more honest with your customers & look at them as actual human beings. People like you are part of what is wrong with our world. Pros: Example: best croissants in town Cons: What are the drawbacks?
