This place rocks my socks off and i wish that i still lived nearby or had a car so i could still go here. Bikram yoga is amazing and i highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new and challenging workout. For people who think yoga is a nambi pambi workout, please give this a try and get back to me. This yoga will kick your ass in all the best ways possible. It is 90 minutes, 105 degrees and not a minute goes by that your heart is not racing. You sweat uncontrollably the whole time. Gross? Maybe, but i swear to you every bad thing in your body willl be sweated out. Your body will look amazing and feel likewise.
