Best in phx, bar none - Justina manages a mean restaurant, and she is always at the top of her game. The crepes are too die for, and the short ribs are the stuff dreams are made of. Any of the pho will lift your spirits quicker than Pr*zac. It's byob, but that saves you money - more money to eat at Cyclo - if they only made Vietnamese sandwiches...........
