One of the WORST companies I have ever dealt with! Full of false promises and lies, Marc Brown and the rest of the people delayed closing for an extra 3 weeks, costing everyone thousands of extra dollars and a tremendous amount of additional stress. Completely incompetent- they almost risked us losing the entire deal because of their unethical ways. Definitely DO NOT use them- there are plenty of honest and ethical companies to choose from. If only I knew beforehand...
