I first saw an ad for David R. Yarnall, Inc. in the phonebook. I did some further research about the company with the BBB and NARI. I felt secure and I awarded the bid for this company to renovate my 5-unit apartment complex in Bucks County, PA. The final product is amazing. Being an out-of-state investor with property in various locations, trust and communication is essential. David Yarnall was always on-site with his crew and worked hard to finish the job before the anticipated completion date. His staff interacted well with me and my staff. I am convinced that no one else could have done a better job. Not only was the township happy with the work but renting the units was rather easy (above market rent). Within months I had positive cash flow. Because of this experience I plan to buy more investment properties in order to have David Yarnall work on them again. This experience was stress free. He is dedicated, attentive, & professional. I could go on forever. Trust me and call him...
Pros: Easy to work with. Quick to communicate. No hassles.
Cons: I was sad when the project was done... He made life easy.
