Review content:
I used TKS for services at at property where I presently work. Over all, their small services are just ok, but their construction services are very unreliable. Our property had an many sidewalks that needed work due to the roots of the trees growing underneath, our complex accepted their estimate and they began doing the work. After the second day, no one showed up, many phone calls had to be made to their office and the office personel's superiors in order to get the contractors back on the site. Only one guy showed up after I spoke to a supervisor. A job that should of only taken two to three days, took two weeks to complete. Phone calls were made on a daily basis to their office to make sure we would have someone out to complete the job. The work was very messy, unprofessional and not worth the hassle of phone calls.
