Unfortunately I will never visit this store again and will seek out my supplies elsewhere. My first, and what now will be, my only visit to this location started out well. I was directed to find my long list of items by a very nice young lady. I decided to browse through the store further before finalizing my purchases when I, and several other customers, were within earshot of a manager, who I found out later is named Jodie, to be verbally badgering one of her employees. Before my career in education, I managed and district managed several corporate and family owned businesses. There is NOTHING an employee could ever do to deserve that type of treatment, especially within view of other employees AND customers. After explaining what a witnessed to coworker of mine few days later who also admitted she had witnessed a very similar scene on her visit to Teachers Tools in Lewisville. Bad news travels much, much faster than good news and the teaching community is a tight community. The Lewisville location is the most convenient location for me to obtain necessary items for my classroom but I will definitely be shopping elsewhere, as will several coworkers. I could not believe the lack of professionalism I witnessed.
