I searched them out as a facility that accepts Blue Cross/Blue Shield and made two visits after a minor eye injury. After waiting over two hours, the doctor viewed me for less than a minute and sent me home. I had to return the following Monday after spending a weekend in pain, including migraines and lack of sleep. In the follow-up visit, I again waited over 2 hours for the doctor to see me for 2 minutes and find a piece of metal in my cornea. Now, 2 years later, I was sent to a credit agency for $565 for the two visits as they said that they don't accept BC/BS. I never received a letter, a phone call, or anything about the lack of insurance payment. So now, I have to pay the full amount, including late charges and I paid $30 a visit for my co-pay! Stay Away!!!!, find an honest business somewhere closer to MUSC. Cons: Long Waits, Unfriendly Doctors, Lack of care
