I've been smoking pipes for over 30 years now and shopping in pipe shops in several states for that time. Elliston Place Pipe and Tobacco is one of the finest if not THE finest pipe shop I have ever entered. The owner is gracious and very giving of his time and expertise. The prices are more than reasonable. He doesn't raise prices to get the most money, but to assure a great value to the customer. The selection of tobaccos is diverse and strong. I will continue to shop here, albeit not as often as I would like due to financial constraints on my part, as long as I can. This business should be patronized regularly. I bought two pipes at an excellent price, $130 each, which were easily worth $250 or more each. The owner had kept the prices at their original point when the pipes came in several years previous to my purchase. He didn't raise hi prices to ""maximize"" his profits! Astounding, and such great ser vice along with the purchase!
