Review content:
My wife and I decided to drop in here during a walking tour of the city. The service was promt and friendly, considering the place was packed when we first arrived. My wife ordered the crab cake sandwich, and I ordered the beef brisket sandwich. The crab cake sandwich was excellent, more crab than cake, the way I like it. Do Not order the beef brisket sandwich, no matter how good it sounds on the menu. This is possibly the worst sandwich I've ever had, two slices of lard covered in barbeque sauce. The funny thing is the guy at the table next to us had ordered the same sandwich and was also expressing his lack of enthusiasim to the waitress before I had recieved my order. The not so funny thing here is that the waitress did nothing about either of our complaints, and told us she couldn't find a manager to talk to us or correct our bills. By the time this all went down the place was fairly empty so I can't understand why we couldn't talk to someone. I would avoid this place because if you do have a problem with your meal or service, it seems you just have to deal with it.
Pros: Good beer, Cool old building
Cons: Very noisy, customer service not existent
