Rossi's has great food, but after my last experience I will never go again. Our server was very nice and friendly, but when we got the bill, I noticed the total seemed too high. The server just set the check down, and never said anything about it, so I assumed she had just done the math wrong. When my boyfriend went up there to pay for the meal, however, she was the one at the cash register, and he told her the total wasn't right. She said, 'oh yes it is, I added 15% gratuity to the check"". I then walked up there and said to her ""but it says on the menu you only do that on parties of 6 or more"". Her response was ""no I can do it to whoever I want to I just have to tell them about it."" I replied, but you didn't tell us. Her response? ""Well I did now."" Not only rude, but extremely dishonest!\r

I am a server at a local restuarant as well, and I know what she was doing. Charge people gratuity on the bill in the total, hope they won't notice and get two tips. That is a dishonest practice and I have never been to a restuarant were servers are allowed to add gratuity to whatever check they want. I will never go back to Rossi's again, but if you do, just make sure you double check your bill before you pay.
Pros: the food is good and priced reasonably.
Cons: DISHONEST STAFF!
