do NOT go to this Chattanooga Mattress place(out near/past Gunbarrel, Brainerd Rd-)...if u plan to go to a mattress store, check with the BBB first, bc we filed complaints over Chattanooga Mattress & found out there were many others dating back many many years!!!! there is one similar story we found to our experience in dealing with Brad on RipOffReport...look up Chattanooga Mattress! (*this site will not allow me to post the actual web address link*???)
Our story was similar in that we had bought an auction Gift Certificate as a fundraiser for a local radio station, paid 'X # of $$$'s' for a valued King pillow top SET of over $2200.00; they kept saying it was not in stock yet, drove there several times, calls, after calls, messages, no return calls, over many months time of trying to get our bed set, the store actually changed their days & hours of opening! We ended up receiving a mismatched slightly damaged boxes set for the base a couple months AFTER the mattress was given to us (with damages, we later discovered-mattress had been *obviously rewrapped*)... contacted the radio station & the BBB & the manufacturer of the mattress, S&F(Sterns & Foster) to file complaints! S&F actually told us that THEY have rec'd complaints over this mattress place as well for them selling poor quality S&F products that were obviously used & NOT backing up the S&F guarantee & that S&F themselves were gonna file suit against them for non-payment!
