This was the worst experience and biggest regret ever. They were not very helpful, kept giving me the run around a lot. When I ordered my bridesmaids dresses, they cut off the wrong color swatch when they were showing me the colors. So the color I thought I ordered, was technically right, but not the color I was told I was ordering. They acted like they were doing me a favor when they said they would fix the dresses for free. One of the dresses they fixed, the bottom of it turned out to be completely uneven. As for all the other girls, their dresses are at least 2 sizes too big, if not bigger. Half of the time I tried to call and talk to them, no one would be available. They did not care to help me at all. I have worked in the customer service industry for over 3 years, and this is the worst experience I have ever had. Especially when you are dealing with a wedding. I would not recommend this place to anyone. As much as I like to support local businesses, I would much rather have gone to a David's Bridal. They were clueless! I also only gave one star because you are required to give at least one.
