If u are a gold crown member and received reward certificates do not try to use them at this store!!! They will only accept them on regular priced items!! After calling Hallmark was told that they can be used on any item in the store (regular or sale items). I called the store back and was told this is the policy of Linda's Hallmark, that you can only use your reward certificates on regular priced items. Linda's is not a corporate owned store. In order to received all of your benefits for being a gold crown member you will need to go to Amy's Hallmark located in the mall. Approximately 1 mile away from this store.
