Unpleasant and Expensive Experience
I used his services for a personal tax return last week. They charged me $300 for a tax return where I have only 1 W2 and 1 mortgage. I gave them all of my dependent information, child day care annual statement and donation I made to my church.
Oh boy! I instructed them that I want to review my tax return before they efile it behalf of me. The girl (employee) was keep asking to sign the form instead of letting me review the details. I felt they were pushy to get the job done without my review.
I caught a missing dependent as they missed my daughter though she was in last year return that I gave them. The girl(employee) made the correction and efile the tax.
I was not satisfied with the return amount so I used H & R Block free web services and recalculated my tax and found I should have gotten $456 more as they made one more mistake on the mortgage payment. I could not believe that I could file the paper based tax return for free using H & R Block and could get more money in my tax return.
I found out about him from radio program and I assumed this guy knows what he is doing. My personal experience is he has no clue. I wrote a letter to BBB, IRS and to the radio station letting them about my experience.
I came across to this review site by doing search that how other people feel about Roshan Ajanee services. I opened all the reviews and read all; I cannot believe that 95% of positive reviews are entered by one person. Look at the vocabulary and sentence structures and last part of every positive review, LOL exact same. Even there is one positive review entered by RoshanAjanee. So he himself writing positive reviews about him, what a dishonest person. No wonder his services fall short and they are expensive.
I would give him my lowest possible rating and would not recommend him to anyone.
