I have used a lot of cleaners during my lifetime and found Lott Cleaners to be one of the best. I have been using them for 9 years now and have never had to complain about their service, except for the time, they lost one of my tops. When I told them, they didn't argue about it. Instead, they asked me how much I paid for it and refunded me the money I spent for the top. I don't imagine they can do that with everyone, but I had been a repeat customer for about a year and they must have known I wouldn't lie about something like that. They showed me that they were honest and cared about my business. They are always courteous and greet me like a friend when I walk in. They have been that way from the first time I ever used them. They still amaze me at the way they are able to get any kind of stain out of my clothes. They are a bit pricey, but, hey.... you get what you pay for these days, and the quality of cleaning they do is well worth paying their asking price.
Pros: Fast service, good quality, and very friendly
Cons: Wish their parking lot had lines on it, because some of the customers park crazy there.
