My husband and I just went to this restaurant for a late lunch and when we were sitted it was over 35 minutes before we received our order. This was due to poor service and lack of management. When we arrived the restaurant wasn't all that busy - I have seen busier ones at 2 pm. All we ordered was 2 hamburgers and fries with cokes and it took this long.
I don't agree that when the servers have customers that they should be the ones taking people to tables and then keeping up with the tables that they sat someone at. WHERE IS A MANAGER DURING THIS TIMES? We did see a ""manager"" occasionaly, cashing customers out but not before there would be 5 to 6 patrons backed up to leave.
Also, when we got there there were tables that needed to be cleaned off and when we left there were at least 11 that needed cleaning plus the counter area.
To me this is totally unexceptable. Also, I saw at least 1 family or possible 2 that left before anyone came and took their order and this was after they had sat there for at least 10 minutes.
All I can say is that it will be a long time before my husband and I return to your store.
