Review content:
Seating was quick, but our 4 course meal took 4 hours, and that was with getting dessert to go. The server was nice but VERY slow, and the restaurant was out of two wines I requested on the inadequate wine list. The place is small, and the air conditioning unit that served our section was out. We were sitting in front of a hot fondue pot for four hours, and halfway through we were sweating so profusely that we became nauseated. When we complained, the clearly annoyed manager asked if we would be placated by a 20% discount. We were not offered a different table, nor were we addressed professionally by the apathetic manager.
Pros: Quick seating, Good food, Good specials
Cons: Unprofessional staff, inadequate wine list, Run-down ambiance
